Leather Lace-up Trainers

Shoes are good quality and also very good value, the only drawback is the laces supplied with them are not long enough, which can and is a problem. I could go on, but it will seem like a rant !

My husband bought his usual size 10 which are normally a good fit , however these shoes were much too narrow and he could barely get his foot into them. Shame as he loved the style.

I have a pair of M&S size eight shoes which if anything are a generous fit, with these had to get a size larger and in keeping with that the laces ridiculously short. Great if you can get a pair that fits and at the reduced price.

Round eyelets and square laces do not go together. After a frustrating 15 minutes trying to get the laces to work I gave up and returned them. What a pity because they appeared to be just what I have been looking for.

Why when UK feet are apparently getting broader have M&S gone for the narrowest last I have seen. I have had many pairs of shoes from M&S, all of which fitted well from day one. I have only worn these twice, as I need to take time while my blisters heal!

I could not even get my feet into them. My son who is also size 12 just got them on and said they were much too tight. They are being returned

An absolute waste of money. After a few weeks the seam where the tongue joins the front of the shoe curls up and becomes hard and rubs feet so badly they become unwearable. There is hard ridge all across the top the shoe inside, bad design. Had to buy another pair of shoes after only a few weeks.

Shoes were cramped. Came up more like a UK 10, or at most, 11. A 12 should be very generous on me, and I had to take them straight back.

Well made and true to the online pictures and description. The only real criticism is the length of the laces (too short) so had to buy longer ones which work well. As I noticed this point being made in an earlier review I hope M&S will take note.
