Leather Flatform Seamed Mule

I have bought both white and black in these very comfortable mules. The leather is very soft with padded insole. Brilliant price as I bought both pairs in the sale. Highly recommended.

Most of my shoes are from M&S because they tend to fit my feet very well. Unfortunately the size 8 was way too tight so I returned them. The leather, quality and style were ideal however. Ignore comfort rating - I couldn't get them on!

I purchased the black mules and they looked nice however too wide for my feet

Bought these for my mum, but unfortunately, even going down 1/2 a size they were still too big for her. However, the M&S staff were lovely when I returned them and provided a very efficient service.

Loved the sandals, very soft good quality leather. They fitted really well . Unfortunately due to stitching on the upper sole at rear of sandal, I had to return. I knew I would have sore feet due to this problem. I tried a few instore and the problem still existed!

These shoes look great, but are very uncomfortable due to they way the top is stitched onto the foot bed. They’re also very loose over the foot.

I spotted these on line and ordered them in my normal size. They were too small. I exchanged them in store for a half size bigger and they are great. Very comfortable . I wanted them for everyday wear.

I had to return these as they were of poor quality in my opinion 1 was ex display worn and stained and the other one faulty at seams. I did not feel they were value for money. The seams were uncomfortable in general not comfortable so declined replacement. very disappointed with this service.

The shoe gave me very sore soles of my feet at the edges. there must be a knot or some type of stitching inside the show along the edges and is quite painful to walk on.
