Leather Chelsea Ankle Boots

Great buy was a bit worried about fit but had no need too looking forward to wearing them

This is the second pair of Chelsea Boots that I have purchased from M&S. Look great jeans and dresses, very comfortable

Great to see the non slip soles back but the top of the boot was very loose and was not flattering at all.

Very disappointed. I have had similar boots from M&S, loved them and was delighted to buy these. I wore the new boots on a rainy day and they let in alot of water. Returned to shop that day with wet socks, feet and wearing the boots. Staff offered to replace boots immediately. Ordered a new pair. Unfortunately, the same thing happened within days of wearing the replacement new pair. I returned them also and was given a full refund. Staff were excellent and very helpful. I am left without boots and now wary about buying footware in M&S. However, I will with the knowledge that they will replace and refund if there is a problem.

Loved this high quality boot but had to return as too long but smaller size then too narrow, real shame

Look more expensive than £59 very stylish and comfortable, which is difficult to achieve both. Great boots.

A disappointment. The colour was too light, the plastic heel and sole looked cheap. Gave them back.

I love these boots , they are very comfortable and smart, true to size and good quality, great for under jeans and trousers, I like the heel size and the fact that they are not flat,very pleased.

Boots looked lovely but when tried on were far too wide at the ankle so were returned.
