Leather Ankle Strap Sandals

Very comfortable and stylish - have both white and tan. Lovely soft leather. Good heel,height, easy to walk in in. Bought a second white pair int he sale to keep for next year, they are so good! Other colours please M&S !

Reasonably styled shoe a little bit big could have gone down half a size But for me the hardness of the leather meant the ankle strap was very uncomfortable

Wanted some sandals that were a bit different and spotted these in the ochre shade (which really is a bit more yellowy than the screen might suggest, but fortunately I love the colour). Love the strappy detailing, love the whole design. Ankle strap is easily adjustable. Fitted perfectly in my usual size. Heel height is comfortable enough for wearing all day and walking. So, a happy customer.

The foot size was right for my size 4 feet, but the ankle strap was so short that I couldn't do it up without crippling myself!What a shame as I really liked the style otherwise.

I ordered the yellow pair and loved them when they arrived. Really, comfortable, looked lovely on and much more expensive than they were. Unfortunately the ankle strap was so tight I have had to return them. I asked my friend who has very slim ankles to try them and even she could only fasten it on the second to the last hole. Absolutely gutted. If you do these again Marks please please please make the ankle strap longer.

I wish that I could have kept these sandals because they are fabulous, however they were just too high for me to wear comfortably; I wish that they had been half an inch to three quarters of an inch shorter. I had, regrettably, to return them. They do look more expensive than they were - they would give designer sandals a run for their money.

I loved the style of these sandals and the height as well as I am only 5ft 3”. I wore them to a wedding and I must say found them very uncomfortable because the front of the shoe under the ball of my feet was so thin. I love a highish heel on sandals that ALSO have a bit of a platform sole so that there is cushioning and the angle is not so great.

Ordered as soon as I saw these and collected in store today. Unfortunately like so many of the reviews on here, the ankle strap is uncomfortable. And all I did was walk a short area within the changing rooms. Also the left shoe 'back strap' gaped dramatically although the right shoe rear strap fitted properly. I tried to tighten the left shoe to overcome this issue, it didn't work. I don't have wide ankles nor skinny ankles! But average ones! They are a great price if they work for others, but unfortunately not for me. Obviously there is a serious issue with the strap fitting. Btw, they were also very fiddly to buckle up! Sadly, I reluctantly got an immediate refund.

I bought these as a wedding evening shoe having worn high heels all day. They were comfotable enough to dance in and wore them into the wee small hours. They are perfect for dresses and trousers so i bought another pair in a different colour! The leather is soft, the heel height comfortable and supportive with lots of cushioning under foot. I vary between a 4 1/2 and 5 but bought the 4 1/2 which are a perfect fit!
