Lace-up Walking Shoes

I am on my feet 12 hours a day These trainers are like slippers. I have purchased a second pair. Lightweight dirable and most of all comfy. Good ol m&s.

Bought in the sales at a third of the original price as a general use trainer. I would describe them as a lightweight walking shoe not suitable for wet weather.

While I wouldn't use them for serious hiking, they are perfect for going for a stroll for a few miles. Ready to go straight out of the box and quite comfortable. Worth the money (I got them on sale). Lightweight and very flexible, give them a try if you're looking for a pair of casual walking shoes.

I bought these shoes on line in a sale, and was surprised how comfortable they are, compared with more expensive shoes from other suppliers. To keep up my fitness regime and maintain stamina during the conovirus lockdown I'm walking about five miles a day on a mixture of rural roads an unmade footpaths with no discomfort. It's early days but so far a best buy for me.

A perfect pair of walking shoes good colour

I bought these as a replacement for an M&S pair very similar but showing signs of wear and tear after a few years. If the new pair are as resilient as the previous pair I will be happy. Time will tell but so far I am optimistic that they will be as good as the last pair.

Outstanding value for money

I purchased these shoes for my husband recently. Wouldn’t class as walking shoe more a light trainer type. Not strong enough or supporting enough for heavy usage, and not waterproof. Very small fitting and the tongue on both shoes slips to one side. Having to tighten the laces continually to correct this fault. Although these shoes look ok we are of the opinion compared to similar branded walking shoes they are very poor value of £50 all but a penny. Probably £12-£15 over priced and not the usual quality one would expect from M&S. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend these shoes to a friend.

I had to send them back unworn due to an eyelet not having metal ring attached.

Bought size 9 , they were a bit tight. So ordered 9.5 they fitted fine.
