Knitted Skirt

Item returned. Too small.

The colour sold me this skirt, the quality of fabric superb, hangs lovely looks great with long boots. Bought in sale so great value.

Great quality will go with everything fits just right a wardrobe staple delighted with this purchase.

Although this seemed like a nice skirt in some respects (good length, nice thick fabric, felt comfortable to wear) it was very clingy around the hips and stomach. I’m a size 16 and bought this as I thought the style would hide the lumps and bumps (I realise that it is knitted so will hug the body to some extent but this was too snug - I’ve had similar styles that were very flattering). Unfortunately it had to go back.

Hangs really well with a nice swing. Exactly what I was looking for. Formal enough for a funeral, but stylish enough with bright top for less formal affairs.

This is a really nice skirt for the money...got it with 20% off which was even better!!. Good length goes well with boots for the winter. Would definitely recommend to buy.

Ordered for choice of 2 colours, not only were they a totally different fit for same theoretical M&S size, but one was about 9" longer than the other (supposed to be 'regular' length) Fabric quality was strange and the waistband area seemed particularly thick and heavy - such a disappointment as it looked good online.

I bought size 16 instore without trying it on ( being disabled it's easier to try on at home) I could see that the waistband was stretchy and wouldn't be a problem. Which is why i feel a bit as if I'm in the twilight zone, as most reviews say it came up small.... I even entered the number found on the details on the item to make sure. I love everything about it.

I first saw this skirt in amongst the knitwear at my local M&S. It stood out straight away. I held it up against me and gave it a shake and the movement even then was very fluid. The texture, soft and giving, and the rich caramel colour was enticing, so I tried it on and was really attracted to the style. It has no metal parts to it as it's a stretchy waistband and this was a plus in my choice of additions to my wardrobe. It can be dressed up or down with boots or court shoes and goes well with various silky tops and even better with the top offering that's designed to complete the outfit - a top with gathered sleeves and turtle neckline. With or without a belt it looks really classy.
