This is a very comfortable yet stylish jacket. While a casual look it can easily be made to look modern and stylish with a scarf or jumper underneath. It is light yet waterproof, excellent for holiday or shopping. Nice fit and good length making it a favourite for all occasions .

Bought this rain coat in green for my mum. Good fit, striking colour and good quality. Bought with 20% off, so price was good. Would definately recommend. Lightweight and stylish.

had to get this parka as soon as i saw it on the web site. It makes a change from the usual khaki green which doesnt do anything for me now i have white hair, so this really fitted the bill. love the relaxed look, and everyone seems to like and comment on it. Managed to get it on the 20% off too, so even better. Would like to see these in bright colours as well maybe.....thanks m and s!

Really pleased to have found this lightweight spring coat and very nice colours. Love the feel, style & look of this coat but chest and arms are tight. Bought size 14, to allow for space for clothing, all just feels uncomfortable. Such a shame as a really nice coat. Can’t find a size 16, and am not sure I want a size 16!

This jacket is labelled Classic as mentioned in a previous review. The patch pockets are a little high for putting your hands in but there are slip pockets behind the patch pockets. These are a comfortable height for putting your hands in, or just a tissue - not valuables. Lovely shade of pink, not too bright. Grown up kids said I look like Nanny! But I take that as a compliment, she always looks smart. Very light weight. Keeps the chill off and handy if you want a hooded jacket because it looks like rain!

Too short in the body and didn’t like the big patch pockets.

Lovely coat re colour, material and style, plus a good summer weight. Unfortunately I had to return it, as it was too high waisted and slightly short. I would say I am average height, so I do wonder how it would fit someone taller.

As mentioned in another review this is in the Classic range & is a very pretty pale dusky creamy pink, which will co-ordinate well with many colours. It is a lighter weight fabric than most Harrington style M&S jackets I already own. I have removed the zip fastened detachable hood as I prefer a hat in the rain, but this hood is not as massive as with some styles. The sleeves would benefit from a cuff that can be turned back & look smart for those like myself of a petite height & hence relatively short arms. A nice extra is the slip in pockets behind the popper fastened ones.

This jacket is lovely colour and lightweight. I’m a size 14/16. 16 fits perfectly. This is not from M&S collection, it’s from the Classic range. If I’d known this, I wouldn’t have ordered it, but I liked the colour and it suited me so kept it and worn it every day.
