High Waisted Wide Leg Jeans with Silk

I have wanted to find some soft wide leg high waisted jeans and at last have found them

I really did love these trousers but had to send them back as they were just too long and I’m 5’8

These stylish jeans fit comfortably in size 12, with a belt and 2 inch heel boots. My body measurements are 29 inch waist, 39.5 inch hips, and I am 5 foot 5 inches in height. These jeans have an inside leg length of 31 inch. They sit high on the waist (12 inch rise). These jeans have a 32 inch waist band, so I wear a belt. I have also tried a size 10, which zipped up on me but uncomfortably tight, hence I have gone for a size 12. The fabric is beautifully soft (55% cotton, 35% modal and 10% silk) without any stretch. I haven't washed these jeans yet, but a cold wash will be my choice to prevent any possible shrinkage or loss of colour. Delighted with my purchase.

Very classy looking, beautifully made and I had to return them because the waist was too small. I have been a size 10 for years and still am with other makers, as well as most Marks and Spencer clothes. What a pity. So disappointed.

I’m 5ft 8, a size18. Super fit , feel lovely and I feel great in them , definitely worth the money.

As others said, very very long. I am small though (5’3”). Easy to take up. Very flattering and look like they will last.

Reading the reviews I was confident to order these even though there were no length options as several reports said they were very long. I’m afraid I didn’t find the same at all.I did like the style and fabric but they weren’t long enough even with flats and I’m only 5’9”. Sadly they’ve been returned.

Love the material of these jeans. They are my usual size but they a a bit tight, my own fault. Still have excess furlough weight to lose. So going to keep them to encourage me to stick on the straight and narrow.

Slightly unsure whether to keep these jeans but so glad I did. Really comfortable with just the amount of drape and the silk in them makes them feel good too. They come up long, I’m 5’10” and they are just the right length for me. Great with a slouchy jacket and vest top for smart casual.

Fancied something different to skinny jeans, but these where so long I would have had to have had about 6 inches taken off the bottom! Looked much better in the photo. The fabric was a bit cheap looking. Very disappointed.
