High Impact Smoothlines™ Sports Bra A-E

I have bought M&S sports bras in the past. This model is of a decent fabric, and the design is ok, but that's where the positives end. Like other reviewers, I found this bra really small. I bought a 34C, (I wear 32D in normal bras) the cups were ok, but it was impossible to close the back without help. The bra's elastic doesn't give much, - I know it's supposed to be a high impact bra, but if you can't wear it in the first place, then it's no good to anyone. I had it on the last hook, and even then it was impossible to breathe. Needles to say I returned it. I didn't bother going a size up.

This is such a lovely design of bra but it's simply too small on the underband. The band is very rigid without any elastic so it's impossible to fasten this style as the hook does not meet. The back design needs adjusting. The overall fabric feel is lovely and it's looks great at the front. It's just not currently wearable.

At its widest width setting it measures smaller than a 32 when I bought a 34". Nice product and feels great but width for labelling is not correctly measured.

This is a well styled, very comfortable, sports bra. Good support but I have got other bras with less bounce. The comfort and smooth lines make up for this in most situations though. My only complaint is sizing. The band size is very small - I am normally a 34 on the tightest hooks. For this I needed a 36 on the loosest. Cup size is much better, I sized down on cup to reflect the increased band size and it’s fine.

I am big busted, and I always wear sports bras for their comfort and support. I am always an M&S 36E. This bra in a 36E would not even meet around the back, let alone fasten. I ended up with a 40 D, which fits me well, but bears no relationship to the actual size I am !

Very good value, good support &very comfortable

This bra is virtually impossible to do up without my husband helping me. Once on it’s the best bra ever. It needs front fasteners. I wanted to give 5 stars but the fact I cannot put bra on is a real negative

Lovely soft material and very comfortable to wear. Unlike other cross back sports bras I have worn, the unusual design of this one means that it is very easy to get on and off! I have worn it to play badminton and do a dance class, and it was really comfortable for both.

Lovely idea - nice smooth material - Im a C and the C sup size support is great. I normally wear 38 band size - I am cutting off blood supply to my body today! Go up a band size and it'll work. A lovely bra, but would still imagine there will be some movement if you jump up and down - I cross train and cycle so fine! If I can get the bigger band size, it's a keeper.

This is a really nice bra and very comfortable however it does not give adequate support for high impact sports as advertised. I tried it out and I am really disappointed with the price as it was quite expensive. I don't mind spending if the support is there but it isn't. Its a big thumbs down from me.
