Looks cheap plastic, terrible fit. Potentially a nice shoe- style on photo looks nice.

These shoes do need to wear a little before comfortable but once you have they are really nice to wear

These shoes look gorgeous and glamorous but they are not very comfortable maybe after a few wears they might become softer and more comfortable

Love these. Comfortable and a good all rounder for wearing with trousers or dresses. Would be good in a brighter colour please next summer.

I take a 5 in a shoe but these were much too big.

Happy with the sandals and they feel comfortable to wear when initially trying them on. Probably will only wear them when not walking far but this is because I don't often wear heals. The colour of the shoes is cream and not white.

Real comfortable and go with most things

I'm a huge fan of M&S shoes and I loved the style of these sandals, the colour's great for summer neutral however that's where the positivity ends peeps. They felt a little big when I tried them on but I tightened the laces to make sure that they fitted around the ankles and didn't rub and after walking around the house in them I was happy they felt good. However when I tried to go out in them I'd only got to the top of the street and the laces had loosened so much they cut quite deeply into my ankles and I had to return home and change shoes. What a waste of money!

So uncomfortable, the zip at the back was a killer. Sadly returned.

I wanted a pair of up to date look sandals to wear with summer clothes for smart occasions. These looked lovely online. Sadly I found them very uncomfortable, also fiddly to put on. I wasn't confident they wouldn't come apart as the strapping didn't feel secure enough for me. There were not many reviews when I bought them, as otherwise I doubt I would have purchased. I reluctantly had to admit I couldn't wear them, so returned.
