Floral Tiered Midaxi A-Line Skirt

I liked the skirt, but had to return as far too long. Why, why ,why does everything have to be this new midaxi length? I understand that it's probably the latest fashion statement, but surely you could make clothing in more than one length. You used to do three lengths in skirts - short, medium and long. It was a pretty skirt, but I'm too old to be wearing clothes down to my ankles, although on the 5' 10" model, it was only calf length. That's another gripe - why do you always use such tall models? It really makes ordering difficult when you have to try to imagine what a garment would look like on an average person. After many, many years of being a loyal M&S customer, sadly, I'm about to give up. Size wise, I opted for a 12, rather than a 14, as some reviews said it came up big. I think the 14 might have been better for me, had I wanted to keep the skirt.

A colourful skirt but very flimsy fabric and is also see through! Was disappointed so I returned it. Probably more suitable for a much younger person.

Glad to have found this basic pretty skirt which will be easy to wear anywhere in warmer days. Also delighted to find there is a loose fitting top to match. It would be good if Mark's suggested these matches for us.....they did at one time. Anyway a good buy.

I spotted this browsing New items and liked look of it. Was 30% off even though new. It’s gorgeous. Lovely print and colours, great mid calf length on my 5’7” frame. Sizing runs large - I am 10 on waist and 12 on hips and the size 10 is plenty big enough over my hips. Really pleas - can wear in Spring and Summer but also with tights and legs in Autumn and Winter so very versatile, reminds me of the kind of print my favourite shop Anthropologie do... but at far more realistic price. Very happ.
