Faux Leather Pintuck Barrel Leg Trousers

Great fit, not too shiny and regular good length for 5ft 5inches.

Struggled to find a nice barrel leg in a petite fit but M&S have done it again. These are super flattering very comfy and the perfect fit. Even my 90 year old dad commented on how nice they were 🤣

These are lovely trousers, well cut in a good quality faux leather. I was wary of the barrel leg but these are not too exaggerated and the pintuck down the front leg also helps. I would have given 5 stars but am totally frustrated with M & S trouser sizing. I am usually a size 16 short in M & S trousers but in the recent sale I tried on over 10 pairs in different styles and only one pair fitted! One pair was definitely a size 14, couldn’t even get the zip up! The main problem is the waist which is either cut too small or the button and buttonhole are wrongly placed too far apart! The only pair that fitted comfortably were from Per Una. Marks really need to address this issue. So for these trousers I ordered a 16 short and an 18 extra short. The 16 had the same issue of a too tight waist and the short length was too long! I am keeping the size 18, waist fits if a bit loose and the extra short length hits just above the ankle, I am 5’2”, which looks great.

I wasn’t sure abt the barrel leg shape but thought I’d give them a try. I’m 5ft 2 so ordered petite size 12 and a I pleasantly surprised. Looked lovely with high pointed boots

As per other reviews, these trousers are fabulous. I have been wary of the barrel leg look as my legs are long and slim so to make them look wider than need be has made me resist so far. However, I tried these in store and loved them instantly. I’m 5’7”, a size 12 and bought the regular length to just hit my ankle so I can wear with loafers or a heeled ankle boot. Great quality trousers, not too shiny or fake looking and the chocolate colour is gorgeous. If you’re hedging …give them a try, they’re great!

Great fit for me. I’d say they are on the neat side but worked well for me. Short was perfect length for me at 5ft 2 with a small heel. Very comfortable, flattering and look much more expensive than they are

Love these barrel cuts, very flattering. I prefer ankle grazer length so got medium as I’m tall.

Great buy. Fabulous quality and great shape and fit. Look expensive. Looking forward to wearing once the weather cools down.

I’m disappointed in M and S sizing. To date I have returned 5 pairs of trousers because of sizing. I wear a 14. None of your trousers are a British size 14. I had to buy an 18 to fit. I have never worn an 18 in my life. I always relied on m and s trousers which used to fit perfectly. Not anymore sadly.

Good material and feel I think will be a versatile pair of trousers with heals or boots. Fit but came up a little smaller than the M&S usual sizing

Love the updated barrel leg shape and seam detail down the front. I’m 5’6 and I went for the short length and they hit at the ankle. Fabric is not flimsy nor too shiny so a very good faux leather look.
