Embroidered Relaxed Midi Dress

not worth the original price. looks like a night wear. not happy at all

I normally love this style of dress but not this one, had to return, not at all flattering and quite a stiff material would have been uncomfortable, too hot in summer and not right for cooler months either

Great style and value. Perfect flowing dress, fabric drapes well. Camisole slip liner prevents any show through.. only complaint is why 2 sets of ties at the neck? Too fussy! I’ve cut one set off and it’s much cleaner looking.. can’t wait to go on holiday now!!

I ordered this dress as it looked wonderful on line. Unfortunately the sizing was 12/14 or 16/18 there was no 14/16. I usually take size 16 so ordered the 16/18 and it came up too big but probably OK if you are an 18. The underskirt was attached and I found it frustrating to line the dress and underskirt up in order to get it on. The lace at the neck gave it the appearance of a nightdress so all in all this was not for me.

This dress could be worn at the beach, on holiday shopping or a romantic dinner. It has a long underneath skirt which is comfortable but it could be worn without it depending on your taste and occasion, it is a very fine fabric and a little see through from underneath the bustline down. The front neckline has two ties, I prefer to just do up the lower one but that's just a personal choice. If you are around 5'2" it hits about 2/3 inch above the ankle so I am not sure if you would say it was maxi or midi . It does crease a little but because of the nature and fullness of the dress I don't see this as a problem. I am sure I will wear the dress for many years to come!

Loved this dress but the under lining is so small it totally flattened the bust giving a very poor appearance. I was so so disappointed as I loved the actual dress. Sorry M&S I had to return this item
