I think the online towels must be seconds, they’re nice enough, lovely and soft but always snagged, this is the second time I’ve ordered online and would expect perfect condition for full rating. Otherwise very nice and true to colour

Love the softness and colour of my new towels but they are shedding “fluff” even though I washed them before use. There is a fine layer over the bathroom. Hope this will improve after further washes.
