I purchased 2 complete sets of towels, washed one set of towels on a short 20 degree wash before use, only to discover they had shrunk by 2 inches in length compared to the unwashed set. I have returned the second set as the bath towel now barely fits around me and I am a size 10! I have older M and S towels which are a more generous size, can only assume this is a cost cutting exercise.
