My husband has found this pillow very comfortable. We purchased it because his previous pillow was giving him a stiff neck when he awoke in the morning. He has had no recurrence with this pillow.

Very comfortable duck down and feather pillow. I shall have to get slightly larger pillow cases than the norm as they’re very “full” and seem slightly wider and longer.

It does what it says. Def medium firmness. Bought with silk pillowcase both with Sparks offer. Both are lovely.

Nice quality and doesn’t have that feather smell. Nice and white and comfy after operation .

I bought a duck down pillow because I have bought down pillows before and they are very soft and lovely to rest my head on. Unfortunately not the case with this pillow. I am certain that the lovely soft down is on the inside but the fabric on the outside, is this , stiff and uncomfortable !! Actually gave me a sore face! Come on M&S, this is not up to your usual standard.

Not too hard.Soft but not so soft it flattens. A good amount of filling.
