Contrast Cross Body Bag

Loved the bag but did return as received a navy bag from my daughter Otherwise was a lovely bag

Nice size and tw tone colour is good.could have done with larger phone pocket.

Unusual arrangement of strap fixing and stiff to alter length of strap meant I returned it.

The fastening on the strap was a bit strange at first , but good once I worked it out. Good sized compartments so I can put enough in for a day out. Nice fabric on the front so will go with many outfits I bought it in blue but may also get the other colour .

Very good value makes it affordable to indulge myself in an extra bag

I love this bag when I'm not carrying or wearing it. Great design, compartments and pockets are brilliant BUT the strap is fixed to the flap so, as a previous reviewer has mentioned, if you have anything weightier than a tissue in the bag it all falls out when you open it. It just doesn't work as a cross-body bag. Such a shame. It was an impulse buy instore so I didn't read any of the reviews which in retrospect was a mistake.

The stitching at the bottom gave way. Also I am tall so need an adjustable strap. Also if I open the bag it tips (contents ended up on the ground) because the strap isn't fastened to the side but stitched under the flap. I had the blue one and it looks very stylish but I am disappointed. However, M&S are always excellent at exchanging or refunding and the bag does look good so am glad to have a replacement.

Roomy, but wish it had different clasp as not keen on magnetic fastener

I was so disappointed - the bag had clearly been used and returned as there was a Blackberry phone in it! The stitching was poor and overall it was a bit of a disaster...
