Cotton Striped Dress with Stretch (3-16 Years)

I bought this dress for my grand-daughter who has just turned 11 years. The size I bought was 11-12 years - it was the correct fit for her, I am unsure at 12 whether it would be too small. The bodice because it has some elasticity fits well and it will make a lovely summer dress when we go,as a family, on our cruise.

Bought this dress for a 4 year old who is nearly 5. She is tall and slim so I feared the dress might be a bit short (as we often find ) but it was also very tight - perhaps it will fit someone who is 3-4 not 4-5 yrs . The dress had to go back, sadly
