Striped Long Sleeve Sweatshirt

Lovely useful top, it could do with a ‘looser’ neck as can be tight to pull on and off over head......but fits well and is a good top for spring weather....goes well with jeans.

...except the neck’s a bit tight over my head and I don’t think I’ve a particularly big head!

I ordered two of these sweatshirts (it doesn’t feel like a sweatshirt, more like a good cotton quality top) one in blue and white stripe and one in white with blue stripe. I could not believe my luck as they were a very good price in the sale. For me it’s all about the quality as well as the design and feel of a garment. It ticked all the boxes, easy to wear and easy to wash and looks spot on

Lightweight cosy fabric ideal for Spring or Autumn. Little stretch but comfy enough. The neckline is tight as reviewers say however it really does give sufficiently to pull over your head. Both the navy striped and ivory striped versions (sort of greyish hue, could be the blue background showing through from the reverse side) are good colours for jeans. When new and still smart the top would be ok with a skirt or trousers for work too so it is versatile. Classy, subtle stripes and the 2 patch pocket detail are good features to update the plain, classic style. Short and boxy cut plus the funnel neck are bang on trend. Material finishes some 2"-3" below the waist. Ordered a size down as preferred smaller width. Washed well. Will suit all ages.

Neck far too small - couldn’t pull over my head

I wasn’t even tempted to keep this, thin fabric, just not attractive.

Nice material, however it is a loose fit and with the neck being so tight just looks odd. And uncomfortable to wear. Tried a bigger size, same problem. The only difference between a 16 & 18 is half an inch on the sleeves!

I'm normally a size 10 and this fits . The neck is snug, but I didn't find it too tight. I think if you like tops loose I would go up a size. It falls to mid hip length (I am about 5'6), so if you want it to cover your bottom it won't. Nice pattern, like the pockets, spring weight rather than winter, so a good addition to the current season wardrobe.

Agree with other reviews - very tight around the neck - probably better with a short zip opening or just have a round neck or wider turtle neck. Came up really small - I'm normally a size 10 but prefer my tops in a 12 - which I ordered but far too snug - may have to go to a size 16. But love the design especially the pockets and like the thinner than normal sweat shirt fabric.

Unfortunately the neck was far too tight and the material rather thin for a sweatshirt, loved the pockets and colour but it had to be returned.
