Why no return policy?

I wrote to you when this was delivered - there was no ‘return’ documentation included in the package. The joggers are not sewn properly and I need to change them. Unfortunately, I have been in hospital for a hip replacement, and won’t be able to get to a store in the next few weeks. So the joggers are sitting there- useless to me. Worse than that is that auto reply system from you couldn’t understand my problem. It defeats the object of the exercise of buying on line, if you can only get a refund by visiting the store - think about it. Not a good experience for me. Still on two crutches for another 3-4weeks.

I bought these joggers as I’ve recently lost weight and all my older ones are either too big, bobbled or both. I wouldn’t normally buy something so expensive just for home, but felt paying more, hopefully the quality would be better and they would last longer. I’m not disappointed, they’re so comfortable to wear, soft on the inside and outside , the fit is perfect for my 5ft 1’ frame, a little long in the leg, but because of the elasticated ankles, they don’t go over my feet. I bought a size 14 as I like them slightly bigger and there’s plenty of room, without being too baggy. I wish there were more colours! Having only worn them for a couple of weeks, I can’t say if they will bobble, but at the moment there isn’t a hint of a bobble anyway, so I will definitely buy more. My husband says they look great on me too and suit my curves! So all in all a great buy.

These joggers are really nice with the matching half zip top. I would say they are true to size and fit me well. I am 5ft 2 and usually really struggle to find bottoms to suit me. Will be super for loungewear.
