Idiotic design - the stickers rip the paper!

No, I don't recommend this
I agree with the other reviews. There may be no plastic in this pack to hold the rolls together but whoever thought 3 stickers were a suitable alternative obviously hasn't a clue. I tried very carefully to peel them off and not one came away without ripping the paper underneath. A band of paper around the rolls - stuck to itself rather than the wrapping paper would've done the job without any problem.

Really Flimsy

I should never have picked this up after sifting through several brand new packets in store to find one that wasn't already ripped. The paper is held together in 3 places by sticky tape. They could have made this so that the tape only sticks to itself but instead, you have to carefully peel it off and every piece I removed took the paper design off with it. I started wrapping my first large present on the floor and needed to use an entire roll to cover it but as soon as one of the corners of the box touched the paper, it ripped again. I like the design and that the paper is recyclable but it's just far too thin. It creases and rips too easily.

I tried to use this paper last night but it was Impossible to detach the 3 stickers without tearing the paper!! I absolutely agree with the previous comments that it is not worth the money. If I lived nearer to an M&S I would return it but it's not worth the fuel!!

Purchased this pack of wrapping paper today. When you remove the three ( yes three ) roll stickers on each roll it rips the paper. The rolls are short any way now you also loose another 40cm or so. The paper is thin and creases very easily. I gave up and purchased a different one. The trees with smiling faces. Which had four sticky wraps which ripped the paper again however this roll was longer and much thicker

Hideous Wrapping Paper. Everything I have tried to wrap in this stuff looks like the paper has been kicked around and picked at!! At don’t even get me started on how ridiculous the 3 stickers are!

Each tube of wrapping paper is fastened with 3 peel off stickers. When removing the stickers the wrapping paper is ripped. Nice idea making it fully recyclable however I had to throw away the first 15cm.

The stickers now holding till together actually tears the print for driest 10cm or so so not saving if anything wasting more packing

I bought this paper as it had no plastic in the packaging. Unfortunately though when you try and remove the tape that is wrapped around the paper it rips it.

Wish I had not purchased the tape to keep the roll secured was stuck to the wrapping paper so alot of the wrapping paper was ruined when you peeled the tape off

Paper damaged by M&S packaging

Paper is fine but M&S have started using sticky labels to hold paper on the roll. This is an utter disaster, labels do not peel off without either tearing the paper or removing part of the top layer of the paper. Which means the first 12cm on each roll is unusable.

How I wish I had read these reviews before being beguiled by the designs and promis of being recyclable. I spent many minutes desperately trying to get the sticky tape off the paper without damaging it, to no avail.

I bought this paper as it was plastic free and better for the environment. Sadly each roll of paper has sticky tape in three places which rips and damaged the paper as you try to remove it, resulting in it having to go in the bin. Nice quality paper but why have you secured each roll with sticky tape that rips the paper? Very disappointing.

Total rip off

The (very pretty) stickers that hold the rolls together rip off the print. There is hardly any paper on the rolls anyway so you're left with a useless pile of damaged paper. How can you miss such an obvious flaw?
