Chisel Make Up Brush 37g

What a waste of money-end up like 'the bearded lady' every time I use it! Not happy at spending £13 on an item I can't use-sheds so many bristles I've given up...

Hairs started falling out staight away before even adding any product, then added products all the hairs left over my face not a good great product at all not happy

This is an amazing brush, my second, (first got chewed by the dog) I use it every day, easy to clean. It never fails to give good powder coverage. I use brushes for most of my make-up so am well used to using different types, this without a doubt is the "stand out brush"

I hesitated to buy this because of some of the slightly negative reviews but I really needed a chisel brush - I was trying to apply the pur minerals powder with a puff and it wasn't really givng the best coverage. Anyway, I quickly discovered after shopping around that this wasn't a high price for a decent brush after all (don't usually use them) so I got it. Yes it does moult - it moults a LOT for a few days and it is a pain but i just picked the hairs off and after about a week it stopped moulting and now it never does. If it had carried on dropping hairs I would have returned it, luckily it didn't and I'm glad I persevered. The powder looks amazing when applied properly with this brush. I'm glad I got it.

I certainly don't expect hairs to come out of a brush this expensive ~ the first time I used it ~ there were 2 on my chin. Not good !

The shape of this brush is excellent for applying the 4-1 pressed powder (which is lovely). I have had some shedding problems though - my first brush was hopeless and shed ridiculously. I exchanged it as the shape works so well and my next brush is a lot better but still shedding more than I would expect. I hope it settles with use ( and before becoming too bare!) as it does work so well with the powder.

Wow, wow, wow - this chisel make-up brush is absolutely brilliant…!! I wasn’t overly impressed by the Pür Minerals 4-in-1 Pressed Mineral Make-up Compact, except at the time I was using a face brush of very good quality but far too soft and also far too big for the size of the compact. I have now purchased the Pür Minerals Chisel Make-up Brush and find that the brush works really really well with the compact. So glad I decided to try the matching brush, as it has made a huge difference to the application of the mineral make-up. I have now been using it for over 2 weeks and have only had a hair on my face left by the brush once or twice, so the shedding that you occasionally can get with new brushes hasn’t materialised with this brush. The only missing feature is something to put on the bristle part of the brush (or the entire brush) after using it, especially when you are travelling. At the moment, I just keep the brush in the packaging that it came in, but eventually will need to find something else. All in all, I am quite impressed by the quality of this chisel make-up brush and find it really good value, as it should last for quite a few years.

Although not essential it's a very useful tool for using with the Pressed Mineral Foundation as it's the right size, shape and texture.. You probably only need to buy it once and should see you through many purchases of the foundation as it's good quality.

I have many mineral make up brushes but this is one of the best. Great size, great coverage, small amount if shedding but well worth buying, Buy 2 - and put one away!

This brush is great with the compact, although the plastic holder is not great and feel that for the price a better quality of holder would have been better.
