Good quality and great looking jacket, can be worn smart or casual with jeans.

Good quality and excellent delivery service. As a customer I miss an online equivalent to an in store exchange. Having to order (pay for) alternative sizes to confirm correct size choice hurts the wallet. Perhaps a shop fitting order option could be considered to avoid the consumer having to pay more than once when not certain on correct sizing.

I have bought a number of jackets/suits previously. For this jacket I needed to buy a 40 Short instead of usual 40 Regular. Sleeves on 40 Reg much too long. I needed to order a 40Short and make the 2 extra trips to collect then return the unwanted item. I’ve missed the event I wanted it for, but hope to use it in the future.
