Can you fool your Easter guests with this sweet treat that’s an egg-cellent trick?

At first glance, you’d be forgiven for mistaking our new Easter dessert for that much-loved breakfast staple, the dippy egg. In fact, this inventive creation – inspired by fancy French patisserie – is handmade with fluffy Belgian white chocolate mousse filled with zingy passionfruit curd. A milk chocolate ‘shell’ completes the illusion. For a bit of fun come Easter, try serving with cake ‘soldiers’, made by buttering slices of our Madeira cake, then gently toasting in a pan until golden: delicious dunked into the passionfruit yolk. These eggciting (sorry!) desserts land in store on 17 April. Hunt some down for a cracking way to celebrate the long weekend.
