    Please note: all products are sold on a delivery duty-unpaid basis, so recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Our local delivery partners may also charge fees for processing the import duties. Please consider costs that may be applicable on arrival into the country, as M&S can’t be held responsible for these charges.

  • Most of our clothing and homeware products are available for international delivery, except: beauty products, Christmas trees, duvets, electrical goods, flowers, food, furniture, gift cards, hampers, lighting, mirrors, personalised cards, pillows and wine.

    See individual product details for more information. If an item is not eligible for international delivery to your country, you’ll receive an error message during checkout once you specify the delivery address.

    International delivery times
    Standard delivery will be between 8am and 6pm but this could vary by local operator. They generally align to local working hours, Monday to Saturday.

  • Our goodwill returns policy means you can return any item (excluding sale items) bought in store or online within 35 days of when you purchased or received it. If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt or parcel summary, we’ll offer an exchange or a full refund. This is subject to our general terms and conditions.

    Sale items
    For sale items purchased online, we’ll be happy to offer a refund or an exchange (store returns only) within 14 days of receiving them. Our refund and exchange policy for sale items purchased in store may differ and this will be made clear to you at the time of purchase. If you can’t show proof of the price you paid, we'll give you the last known selling price in the form of a credit receipt.

    Exclusions & exceptions
    The following items are excluded from our goodwill returns policy

    Beauty products*, bra accessories*, duvets*, earrings*, flowers, food, food gifts, Food to Order, fruit baskets, furniture, gift cards, hampers, made-to-measure and personalised items, mattress protectors*, pillows*, plants, single-use carrier bags, swimwear*, toiletries*, wine, plus kitchen electrical goods and any products with a seal, where the seal is broken. These products can only be returned in accordance with your statutory rights.

    Some of these items may have their own terms and conditions which will be provided at the time of purchase.

    *These products and electronic items can only be returned under our goodwill policy if they are unopened and have the security or hygiene seal intact.

    Exceptions
    Bridesmaid dresses and adult fancy dress costumes can only be returned by post. Please return these in or with the original outer packaging.

    Earrings purchased in store are only refundable if faulty. If you purchased earrings online, you have 14 days from the day you receive them to return them, providing that the packaging is not damaged.

    How to return an international order

    2 easy ways to return:

    1. In store
    International items ordered from marksandspencer.com can be returned to any UK store, excluding our Outlet, Simply Food, BP and Moto service station, hospital, airport and train station stores. They cannot be returned to international stores. However, orders placed on our dedicated international sites can be returned to their local stores (e.g. Ireland) – please see the returns information on the relevant international site. You’ll need to take along your parcel summary as proof of purchase.

    2. By post
    Simply return your item(s) using your local postal service; you’ll need to pay the postage. Please complete the returns form, mark your parcel ‘returned goods’ (or it may get held up at customs and cause your refund to be delayed) and send in the original packaging to:

  • We take great care when packing and delivering our orders, and we’re sorry your item arrived faulty or damaged. We can arrange a replacement of the same item if it’s still available. Please call us on 0353 1695 0741 or send us an email and we’ll be happy to help.

  • Not all deliveries need to be signed for. Most high-value and large/heavy items are sent by courier – for these, signatures are required. If no one is available to accept the order, our local delivery partner will leave a card explaining where the item is and what to do next.

    To check where all your items are:

    1. Sign in to Your account
    2. Go to the ’Your orders’ dropdown menu and select ‘Recent orders’
    3. Click ’View order details’
  • You can enter an international address and make it your default at the checkout, or in your account settings – go to ‘Your account’, select ‘Go to your account’, then ‘Address book’.

  • International delivery charges for orders placed on our UK site exclude customs duty, goods and services tax and retail sales tax.

    If your order is being delivered internationally on behalf of M&S, it may be subject to taxes or delays outside of our control. If you’re worried about paying customs duty on orders being delivered outside of the European Union, check the custom duty threshold of the country you’re sending your items to first.

    On our dedicated websites for the USA, Jersey and Canada, the amount paid by you is fully inclusive of delivery and all duties, taxes and customs-clearance fees. We send orders to USA and Canada as ‘delivered duty paid’ (DDP). However, you will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.

  • How can I return an international order?
