Love these jeans! I am 5 foot 10 inches and bought long. They fell just at the ankle. I bought boyfriend jeans about 4 years ago, these ones are not the same cut, they are wider at the bottom. Comfortable and good quality.

I love these jeans, so comfortable and super flattering. I got the petite, I am 5'2" and they hit just at the ankle. Want them in every colour!

I ordered these boyfriend’s jeans to see if they were as nice as the old design. I was not impressed at all and I’m very disappointed that I can’t get the old design they were my favourite jeans 😔 I’m so glad I got a few pairs of them before you discontinued them very sad

I had wanted a pair of white trousers for a while. These trousers are a perfect fit . They are comfortable whilst being flattering and stylish. Personally I would have preferred not to have a turn up on the hemline but in actual fact they look very good. I am 5' 4'' and ordered the standard length which is perfect. The fabric is good quality and nice to wear. I would like to see these in a darker option. Black or Navy would be good.

Boyfriend jeans but not as we knew them.

I have had various pairs of boyfriend jeans in the past and loved them. I recently needed to replace a black pair so I tried on many of the different styles now available but found the fits varied greatly and were not suitable. I had not liked the look of the "new improved" Boyfriends but tried them anyway. Why do they have the stitched in turn up and why change the leg shape? I have reluctantly kept them as I need some black jeans but not happy.

Revised style disappointing
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
The revised cut makes it far more wide leg than the previous shape and the waist size is smaller. I had to go up a size from the pair I bought 6 weeks prior due to these changes. Wider leg is not as flattering for me. Denim quality is nice. Disappointed as I thought I had found a favourite pair of jeans before Christmas only to find I can’t get the same style despite the same name.

Love the style of this Jean but I have let down the turn up as I prefer them more. The black 14 is slightly more snug than the blue which always seems to happen . Really nice style and would buy again .

FABULOUS JEANS!

Being short & curvy, I really struggle to find a flattering, on trend jeans design with great fit. These jeans are amazing! I wondered that they would not fit in my usual sz18 short as I like 1% elastane, but no! They fit well even being mid rise and all cotton with no stretch! I ordered the short (great that they also come in ex- short too!) Mid indigo is good colour choice for me - ordered black but not keen on the fading which makes them look more grey, so returned. I’m going to order more variations of these jeans! Go for it!

Awful jeans, dreadful changes to this style
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
Last year I bought two boyfriend jeans and was so pleased as they fitted well and looked great. This updated version is awful. Changing the high rise to mid rise means they are impossible to do up if you have a round tummy like me. Removing the elastin in the denim means there is no stretch. The width of the legs is also more than the original style. Please stop designing jeans for tall thin women without any curves, most of your customers are not shaped like this. Dreadful changes and so disappointing from M&S.

With a difference.

Sorry but need to return. I look awful in them, usually wear straight leg. Thought I'd try something different, but alas not at all flattering.

Lovely jeans but came up small

Lovely jeans, I actually preferred these to the original boyfriend ones but the sizing seems really off. I am usually a 12 in M&S jeans, and have never had to venture into a 14 but these were nowhere near fastening up! No 14’s in store to exchange so reluctantly had to send them back and lost out on the 20% off sparks deal.

Great jeans

I wanted a pair of wide leg jeans but at 5ft 2 I looked rather silly , read the reviews on these & from those decided to give these a try, also copied a couple of other ladies in unpicking the turn ups, a perfect fit & baggy with a wide - ish leg

Lovely jeans, although sizing has changed

Jeans are lovely and well made. I ordered online and my normal size 8 was a bit too small and the regular length I normally take was too short. I'm only 5ft 4inch with an inside leg of around 28-29 inch so I was surprised at the length being an issue.

Great fit and good length, but no give at all in the material. They are quite uncomfortable to wear.
