Albany Small Roaster

I would have liked to buy more of these but sadly they are out of stock, hopefully they will be back! This is big enough for a single portion of cauliflower cheese, for example, but also so useful for serving side dishes, both hot and cold.

nice small dish ok for veg not a large roast

Although this was smaller than I expected it is so lovely I decided to keep it. Perfect for me as I live alone, it is just right for one chicken breast or two sausages.

Although the quality and price are of good value, how it can be described as a must have roaster is beyond me,its far to small to be of help in any busy kitchen other than maybe for an individual pie or lasagna dish,all in all very disappointed.
