Lovely looking little tree & easy to assemble but disappointed with the massive gaps between the branches which show the rope - even when branches adjusted. It does not resemble the full bodied tree in the marketing photos. Too close to Christmas to return so going to add more baubles & put it down to a one off oversight in quality control.

This came very quick was well packaged and box in tact to put away after. I’m undecided about keeping it but very impressed with the lights. My gripe is there seems to be a gap on one side and it’s bugging me. I’m only half free decorated as been unwell with flu this week. Snowy and not shedding also good.

Disappointed with the quality, the top half of the tree is not secure it’s wobbly, struggled connecting the lights together as very fiddly and it’s not as full looking as in the photo on the website, tried several times to spread the branches out to make it look fuller but still gaps to be seen, expected better form M&S

A truly gorgeous tree. My granddaughter put it together in a couple of minutes to check it out. I'm so looking forward to dressing this tree next week. I have even been into 2 M &S and another very big Cardiff store to check out the decorating of frosty trees. Definitely a big plus that the lights are evenly spread. If there is a ñegative it is that there is no remote for the lights, they can only be on or off! But who cares, just love this tree.

My Tree had no Frosting on mainly the bottom half of the tree. They all looked so lovely in the shop at M and S so I was disappointed with it. Did not have time to send it back for a replacement.

Easy to assemble and looks really nice. Getting it out of the box to test it caused a lot of snowfall but hopefully once it's properly up, it will be OK.
