40cm Large Roaster

I ordered this on line. I collected it from a local M&S store, but when I unpacked the item it was completely broken. Such a shame as I was looking forward to using it.

I have now placed 3 separate orders for this item. On each occasion the item has either arrived smashed in its packaging or has a major glazing imperfection. I am at a loss how to receive perfect examples of the item until stores can re open. It's been an extremely frustrating and expensive exercise.

I brought this last week & when I picked it up it was broken soon get a replacement & a card card voucher as an Apology

This is much bigger than I thought, I’m not very good at cm. great for a family. I have already made a shepherds pie and a lasagne and no problems cleaning, admittedly I did leave to soak a little first. Not too heavy when lifting when full. Smart black matt outer and creamy white inner makes it easier to clean. Today’s it’s a roast so happy cooking. The only one negative is it’s breakable.
