We love these. Buy them every year. The length is great and the adjustable waist means they fit slimmer children. Other trousers in exactly the same shop usually fall off him as the waist is sooo big but leg length perfect. More trousers should be made in a slim fit.

I buy these trousers every year for my son. They last for the whole year thanks for the hem which you can unpick to increase the length. The material is great quality so they don’t tend to go at the knees like a lot of other school trousers.

Perfect school trousers, superb quality and an adjustable waste band which is essential. I have a younger son and I am always able to pass on my older son’s M&S school trousers to him as they last and look just as new after a full academic year of use.

The trousers state slim leg and slim waist , however I still had to pull in the waist using the adjustable straps. Even then the trousers looked all bulky and big. Not sure what sizes M&S think some children are, but not all are big. Please look at reducing the waist sizes..

Initially bought standard slim leg trousers, but they were too big around the waist for my son. Shame that the 20% discount on school uniform had finished, but these slim trousers are perfect. As with all M&S uniform we have bought to date, I expect these to wear well and last the school year (subject to any growth spurts)!

Bought these school trousers for my grandson who is very slim and tall so struggles to get the correct fit. The waist alters to give a snug fit and the slim modern trousers with the grow hem are a brilliant idea. Material is of good quality.
