2ft Light Up Birch Tree

Hard to rate this item in stars as quality is quite good, however when I opened the box the tree appeared to be just right as in size, quality and look however upon turning the tree light switch on at the bottom, the base became detached and snapped both wires. Very disappointed as was purchased as a table decoration for Christmas Day and now unable to use. Unfortunate as would have been great value if base had not become detached and I had time to reorder another.

I ordered two of these as I had been so delighted with the 5 tree birch decoration I'd bought earlier but these were not as delicate, very chunky and the white paint was applied so thickly that it was hard to bed the branches

I saw this instore but thought it would be awkward to carry, so ordered online.It came well packed and in a box which will be useful when storing until next year. Really pleased with it. Have hung a few small lightweight decorations on, just to give a bit of colour. Sits on a small table in a corner and looks very good. Have not had any problems with battery box as shown in other reviews. Only thing against is the switch on battery box is on the bottom so you have to pick it up and turn upside down to turn on and off.

Not a bad tree for the money. Just wanted it for sideboard, fits the job

After reading some online reviews, I was slightly nervous about ordering this tree, but my little tree is perfect. It is perfectly lovely!

This was the second one. I purchased first on in store, the glue around the base of the tree didn't hold the tree upright. On the second one the hole under the base was cut to big so wasnt holding the battery/light unit in place. The blobs of glue in base didn't reach the unit so it just fell out ( don't know how it passed quality control.) There was one on display in the store but that was also faulty. Very disappointed

Very unstable, the plastic control panel underneath was not fixed to the stand. That said, it looks very pretty with small coloured baubles placed on the branches when lit up.

What a lovely little tree! Really pleased I bought it, it's so pretty I might actually use it all year round.

This tree is just what l was looking for, simple and left plain or with decorations it’s perfect. I also bought the wood star tea light holder after seeing it in my daughters home and l have the heart one too. These items blend in with any decor and the natural wood l love.

Bought this online for collection. Upon getting it home, battery pack was loose and product didn't work. Returned to store, ordered another, second one also has a loose battery pack! Also tree is coming unstuck from base. At least this one works though, i have no time to return it again! It is really pretty though. Will have to try and glue it back together somehow.
