Having ordered two pillows it seemed obvious to buy the protectors but for some unfathomable reason M&S did not allow a store collection and expected me to pay for delivery!!!

Ordered new protector to replace previous same one. Difference is a much thinner elasticated skirt to tuck under mattress. Hope will last as long as others I have from M&S.

I didn’t expect these protectors to be as thick and padded as they are. It actually makes getting the pillowcase on more difficult! But they’re very comfortable so I’m very happy with them. They washed perfectly too.

The pillows are good but the protectors far too bulky so dont fit inside M&S pillowcases so waste of money for me . I cant return them as opened package (had to to see them) so altogether I'm not happy.
