2pk Boys' Pure Cotton School Shorts

I alwsy buy cotton 100% shorts for my son as he has eczema skin problems. 2pk is new for cotton shorts and am pleased M&S has it now!!

Great to have a cotton option for school shorts not polyester and my boys love the combat style.

It was so long and not happy with material so I returned it back.

The shorts looked significantly styless and cheap in comparison to the on-line visual

Very disappointed with these shorts as mentioned in previous reviews the material is like army trousers / chino style material, very shiny, stiff and not at all suitable for school. The material will fade in the wash and if ironed will leave the iron marks on them. I chose grey but where more charcoal in colour. The pictures shown are misleading. I’m returning The shorts straight away. I should of taken more notice on the reviews :(

Agree with the last review that these are not school shorts and very surprised that they are listed as such. They are chino style, stiff as a board cotton, and quite frankly look very odd indeed. Can already see that they will be a nightmare to wash, and they will definitely need ironing to keep uncreased and looking smart. It’s very hard to tell all this from the pictures. Disappointed. Will be returning.

These shorts are actually made of a chino style fabric, which can’t really be seen on the online pictures. This makes them casual looking and many schools do not allow this type of material as it looks almost jeans like. The difference is really stark if you hold them next to standard school shorts. I’m really surprised M&S are selling these as schoolwear for this reason. I returned one pair but kept one and washed it, they are not smart enough for school and the dye has faded on pocket corners and the crease after just one wash. Really disappointed.

Nice soft cotton fabric - if I have any criticism it would be that the colour is a little pale for most school uniforms but fortunately my grandsons school isn’t too precise on that.
