No, I don't recommend this
M&S have changed the cut of these jeans and they are now come up really high at the back of the waist. They are also wider at the bottom - not so much of an issue. I don't know if the super high waist at the back is specific to the extra-long length, my daughter has had the long length version in the past and loved them - we had to return these.

Loving the wideleg jeans purchased in the summer sale. I already have a pair in black and the new ones are a lovely sage colour which is really unusual but perfect for the summer as it contrasts so well with lots of other shades and they can be dressed up or down so I expect to get lots of wear out of them

Sizing is completely off. Already have these wide leg jeans in the sage green (had to get a size up from my normal size for them to fit!). Got these in the dark indigo and they're even Smaller so now I have to return them. I expect better from M&S. Very disappointed.

I am 5ft and always thought wide leg would make me look shorter - these don't! They are a higher waist (on me they are mid to high) and fitted at the top and then widen. Really flattering and super comfy. I'm a 10 to 12, both fitted, but liked the 12 better. I ordered the extra short - worth waiting for if not in stock initially!
