Wish it came in half sizes

I haven’t worn these shoes yet - a hospital physiotherapist told me to have comfortable slip on shoes to wear after upcoming knee surgery. I wish they came in half sizes and wide fit as I had to size up. They slosh at the heel and are not quite wide enough. They also feel less cushioned than Sketchers that I have previously owned. I might return them.
