Glycerin GTS 22 Running Trainers

The glycerin gts 22 is an awesome shoe. At first when I put the shoe on, I couldn’t tell the difference from my other Brooks shoes. But the more I walked in them, the more I felt the support around my ankles and my feet. This is an excellent shoe and I recommend them, especially if you need that extra support and strength in the ankle areas.

I’m not a runner but like to work out, play pickle ball and walk. Brooks shoes were recommended by friends so I bought them. So far they have been very comfortable! Lots of support and love the colors!

My podiatrist said I needed a good pair of sneakers with stability and cushioning and that’s what these are. I will continue to purchase books in the near future. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Brooks Glycerine. This is my third pair. They do run a little small so go up a size. I have suffered with Plantar Fasciitis for a long time and ended up having surgery last year. After surgery no matter what shoe I had, they always hurt my heel. The Brooks Glycerine 21 and 22 are so airy and soft, my heel has never felt better. They are a little pricey in my opinion but I’m willing to overlook that in order not to have heel pain.
