Express Glow Mask Tan Face 50ml

I previously used the sleep mask tan, but tried this one as found the previous a bit subtle. I do like quite a strong fake tan and therefore find this is best after 2-3 hours and so I leave on overnight to get the most out of the product! My only gripe is that it leaves the skin a little dry feeling so it needs a rinse off and moisturiser applying. Would be good if it left a more hydrated feel. Develops evenly though and nice colour.

I love the fact that I can tan my face so quickly. Perfect for an unexpected night out.

Love this! No longer need to sleep in smelly fake tan. Once a week I put it on for 30 mins, rinse off and have a subtle glow. Only use a small amount - will last for ages

This tan is way to dark and it stains a lot drying out the skin. I'm blonde and it looked awful on me but might suit someone with dark hair. Blondes stick to St Tropex Everyday!

Have never used fake tans much, however, decided to find something to help my face look less pale. Really pleased with this, it's quick and easy to use & gives a lovely healthy colour. There were no patchy bits. Only need a small amount so the bottle should last for a while, so looks like it will be good value for money.

When I read about this product in a magazine I thought it sounded ideal. A hydrating mask that could give a tan in 30-60 minutes. Perfect for those mornings you wake up looking like the undead. Quick squirt, eat your breakfast, give the baby breakfast, shower it off, ta da, back in the land of the living. Multitasking at its finest. The theory is all great. The reality is sadly disappointing. After 30 minutes there is no discernible change and after an hour there is possibly some colour if you squint closely. It's supposed to continue to develop after you have rinsed it off, I can't say I have seen any evidence of this either. I am persevering with it purely because of the cost and it wouldn't put me off trying other James Read products, for I have heard great things. On a positive note, a little goes a long way. Initially I was horrified by the size of the bottle (tub?!) but a little goes a long way with this. I wish it worked like I had hoped.
