Sailingliz Turn up is fake so very difficult to turn up Trousers bought for 90 year old house bound relative. They were a good fit but slightly long. When I took them to be altered I was informed that the turn up was actually a completely separate piece of material which had been sewn on to the trouser. This meant it was very difficult to remove the turn up and leave enough material to make a hem. In the end because my relative is around 5’ tall it worked out OK but beware if you need them shortened. Apart from that the trousers hang well, the material has a nice feel and they look smart.
