Product Description
Gorgeously complex mineral and fruit nose with a dash of vanilla. Rich and concentrated on the palate with layer after layer of flavour. Beautiful texture, with apple and cream flavours and refreshing acidity balancing out the whole palate.
Romaric Chavy is the 7th generation of the family to work the vines at Domaine Chavy-Chouet. The bottling of their own wines is a relatively new operation, prior to 1982 everything was supplied to negociants, now they are one of the most prestigious estates in the Cote D'or. The Domaine is quite large at 13 hectares and spread across Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, St Aubin, Volnay and Pommard; the golden names!
