Cotton Rich Puff Sleeve Trench Coat

Very attractive coat.Good material with a warm feeling. Nice style.

After reading the reviews I ordered two sizes smaller than usual and the coat just swamped me. The sleeves were too long so I couldn’t make it work. Sadly returned.

I love the colour and I particularly like the lining....I feel that this coat will be a classic and I expect to be wearing it for many seasons to come. I wasn't sure about the puff sleeves at first but they are rather flattering. The sleeves can also be rolled back to show the lovely lining and this will add a casual dimension....

Really love the simplicity of this coat which makes it so elegant. Smart for work and travel and relaxed enough for weekend use. My only negative point would be the lining of the sleeves. A) not same blouson shape as the outer sleeve and B) it’s cotton so other clothing sticks when putting it on. Apart from that I think it’s a great purchase.

I saw this coat on a blogger I follow and it looked really cute on her, she is petite and in her blog she did say it was very big and she went down a size. Stupidly I never went down a size and when it came it was huge as she had said. So I exchanged it for the smaller size. It fitted great but apart from the beautiful puffed sleeves it reminded me of a janitors work/dust coat I’m afraid!!! I think it was lo long which added to the jannie look, had the pockets had a little button or cuff detail that might have added a more femanine touch I sent it back. Disappointed.

This mac caught my eye weeks ago in a Vogue edit and I have been waiting for it to come out ever since. I travelled up to the Oxford St branch having read that the sizing with this mac was on the big size, so I thought I had better try it on first. Lucky I did because I am a normal size 10 but I ended up buying a size 6! I really like this mac, though. The style is on trend but classic at the same time. The material doesn't feel or look cheap and yet the price is just right. I even got an extra 20% off with my Sparks card! I had to go 2 sizes down to find the perfect fit so beware of that, but it's a great fit after downsizing. I don't mind being a size 6, either:))

Quality ok, but when I saw on the tv, that Glenda, in Last of the summer wine,wears the same raincoat in every episode, so going back, made me feel aged!

This is a lovely very good quality coat, but it comes up very big, I am a size 18/20 and the 16 is plenty big enough, and the sleeves are not too long, which is often the case for me as I have short arms. So that is a huge bonus as altering the cuff style, which I think suits the coat, would have been difficult.

I had this mac the exact same style sleeves ‘n’ all from another shop (may have been Wallis) in the early 1980’s, great to wear over a varied thickness of clothing, even saw me through pregnancy !!!!!!

So modern , love the shape ! Other colours please !
