Formally known as Prosecco Raboso, and now re-named 'Rose Spumante' due to changes in Italian legislation. Colle del Principe is nevertheless a high quality Italian Sparkler. It is made from a combination of Pinot Noir, Raboso, 'Glera' (previously named 'Prosecco') and Trebbiano grapes specially selected from high quality vineyards.
