This fine example of Albariño hails from Galicia on the north-west corner of Spain. Winemaker Katia Álverez of the highly respected Martín Códax winery selects the finest grapes from vineyards overlooking the Atlantic, where the warm days, moderated by cool sea breezes develop delicious flavours. Katia then keeps the young wine on its fine lees to develop a creaminess to balance the zesty lemon flavours.
