Our brand-new brie, butternut and mushroom wellington is this year’s must-try veggie main – it’s encased in all-butter puff pastry and hand-finished with a beautiful decorative lattice topping. The best part? You can order it online now as part of our Christmas Food to Order service, then collect before the big day.

Serve up your wellington with an equally indulgent veggie-friendly side, like our Collection celeriac gratin – tender British celeriac in a Barber’s cheddar, white wine and mustard sauce, finished with cheddar and parsley for a golden, bubbling topping. You’ll find the gratin in store from 18 December.

Need a vegan option for the main event? Our Plant Kitchen butternut, almond and pecan nut roast, available in store from 6 December, is bound to be a hit. Made with roasted butternut squash, mixed nuts, bulgur wheat, cannellini beans and cranberries, it comes with a rich red wine and thyme gravy for easy serving.

Keep things fuss-free by dishing up the nut roast alongside our Plant Kitchen cauliflower and leek bake – a creamy, indulgent vegan side dish that’ll have everyone coming back for seconds. You can snap it up in store from 18 December.

If you love rich, decadent chocolate, but you’re following a plant-based diet, you’re in luck – we’ve just launched our 100% vegan Collection chocolate torte. This oh-so-indulgent dessert serves six people and stars a crunchy biscuit base topped with a silky-smooth dark Belgian chocolate ganache.
