A mouth-watering tomahawk steak makes for a hearty and filling meal, says food & wine editor Becky Sunshine

While the weather’s still wintry, it feels fitting to have family and friends over for robust, comforting meals. If you’re a meat-eater, you’ll love our Aberdeen Angus bone-in ribeye steak that’s been hand-trimmed and matured for 28 days. Available to order online or in store for collection five days later, the tomahawk – so called because of its distinctive shape – will serve two to three people and is easy to prepare. Simply season, brown in a frying pan for two minutes and then transfer to a pre-heated oven and cook to your desired taste. I’ll be serving mine on a large wooden cutting board with a big crunchy salad and letting guests help themselves. Perfect.
