Make the royal wedding even sweeter with some buttery shortbread in a special commemorative tin

For those of us not lucky enough to bag an invite to the royal wedding, watching from our sofa is the next best thing. Stay sated while you check out the dress and flowers with some extra-special biscuits. This tin is one of a series we’ve released to commemorate royal celebrations, and comes in pretty blue, cream and gold hues. Inside are buttery, crumbly Scottish shortbread petticoat tails – perfect for dunking in a cuppa. Once you’ve eaten the biscuits, fill the keepsake tin with your own homemade version: our recipe is spiked with lemon and rosemary, for a lovely zesty flavour.
