With its chic Missoni-esque vibe that belies its affordable price tag, this midi skirt is firmly on my new-season wish list. Metallics were all over this season’s catwalks, and this skirt offers just the right amount of shimmer for spring/summer dressing. Don’t be intimidated by fuller silhouettes; last season the style set showed us myriad ways to style them. For work, try a feminine approach with a crisp white shirt and kitten heels, swapping for a leather biker jacket, basic T-shirt and white pumps at the weekend. What’s more, you can dress it up for cocktail hour with a lightweight knit, statement earrings and a pair of strappy sandals.
