I love a bit of metallic: when the nights are closing in and the skies are increasingly grey – but the social diary’s full – it’s a great way to say ‘party’ without really trying. Stila’s range of Foil Finish eyeshadows are my fail-proof choice for party make-up (the one shown here is Comex Copper – there are six super-pretty shades). The unique formulation needs to be pre-mixed with a liquid primer (included) to achieve a smooth paste, which results in a high-impact metallic finish with great lasting power once it sets.
