of chocolate.” I’ve loved the sweet stuff since I was little, which is probably why I earned the nickname Little Miss Piggy at the tender age of five. So thank goodness there’s now a legitimate occasion to celebrate all things cocoa-filled – the UK’s official Chocolate Week. This decadent mousse recipe with its blend of rich dark chocolate, pink port-soaked fruit (which makes it healthy, right?) and a fragrant cardamom kick is topping my must-make list.
