Need a wow-worthy cake to put at the centre of your Easter celebrations? We’ve got you covered

There are some amazing Easter eggs in our Foodhalls – from yoga bunnies to unicorns – but they’re not the only sweet treat worth getting egg-cited (sorry!) about this year. Our cracked egg cake is a case in point: layers of fluffy vanilla sponge filled with raspberry jam and decorated with buttercream icing. It’s finished with flecked eggshell blue icing and a white chocolate cracked egg decoration that drips down the sides (a fun seasonal take on a cake-decorating trend that’s all over Instagram right now), with a yellow icing yolk on top. It's available in store now and serves 12 – perfect if you’ve got a crowd coming.
