Impress your guests with individual tarts and cheesecakes made in these mini tins

These sturdy little non-stick tins are the perfect size for individual desserts. Simply pop the cases into the dishwasher after use, then stack them neatly to store. For a refreshing, easy-to-make recipe, try our indulgent no-cook cheesecake (you’ll find all the ingredients at your nearest M&S store). Stir 75g melted butter into 150g crushed digestive biscuits, press evenly across the base and around the sides of four tins and chill for 30 minutes. Beat 200g light cream cheese to loosen, then whisk in 200ml double cream and 1 teaspoon each icing sugar and Madagascan vanilla extract. Marble in 2-3 tablespoons jam (we used morello cherry conserve) and divide the mixture between the tins, topping each tart with halved, stoned cherries and sliced peaches to finish. Simply perfect.
